I've built my career leading complex enterprise initiatives, strengthening Professional Services organizations, and bringing structure to environments where delivery, operations, and business priorities intersect.My experience spans enterprise software implementations, strategic customer accounts, global delivery teams, and operational and financial management. I've been responsible not only for delivering projects, but also for managing resources, budgets, customer relationships, and the financial performance of delivery programs.I take a practical approach to leadership and governance. I believe in establishing clear accountability, making informed decisions, developing capable teams, and creating processes that support the business rather than burden it.Today, I bring that experience to enterprise initiatives, delivery improvement, and advisory work, while also teaching the next generation of business and project professionals.
